4 days of personal one-on-one training for both upper, lower body and ‘mass vs. hypertrophy’ training. The use of machines and mechanics of workout will be fully explained. Practicing safe form, we will go through an entire training program, so you are comfortable and knowledgeable of all equipment and beginner exercises.
